With an eccentric flair and a love of colour Roisin O'Donnell creates illustrations featuring playful characters and motifs. Her main objective is to evoke feelings of joy and nostalgia alongside a humorous element.
Tell us about yourself!
After graduating from a Fine Art degree at Leeds Arts University in 2017, I discovered illustration and created 'Steven Fritters'. I have always been creative and have been interested in art since childhood.

Weird, silly, bold
Where do you work?
I currently work from a home studio, I love the peace, the art on the walls and having my cats in close proximity.
What do you get up to when you aren’t illustrating or designing?
I work part-time in a coffee shop, I love to swim in the sea and I love to socialise.
Most frequently played tune in the studio?
At the moment I am loving to work to Mexican folk music, and a favourite album is 'Traditional Songs of Mexico' by Carlos Jaso, Ruben López, Mario Quiroz and Óscar Chávez.
